Born on 10 December 1918 in Damascus; completed his secondary education in Damascus; studied Law at the Damascus University, graduating with a BA; obtained a doctorate in Law from Sorbonne University, France; served as First Secretary of the Jordanian Embassy in Cairo and later in Beirut; became Chief of the Hashemite Royal Court; served as Chargé d’affaires of the Jordanian Embassy in Paris and later in Jeddah; during 1955-1956, he was the first Secretary-General of the Civil Service Bureau in Amman (one of its chambers was later named after him); became the Director of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Radio; died on 28 August 1963.
