Born in Qubeibeh village near Jerusalem in 1917; studied at Sahyoun School in Jerusalem where he became fluent in English and Italian; graduated from the Arab Law College in Jerusalem; was appointed Governor and Judge in Jerusalem and Jericho from 1948-52; was appointed Pres. of the Nablus court in 1952; moved to Jerusalem in 1954, where he was appointed Assistant Attorney General in 1958; appointed Attorney General for Jerusalem from 1958-60; served as judge at the Court of Appeal in Jerusalem; died in 1963.
