Born in Nablus in 1954; studied Electric Engineering in Egypt and Lebanon; Electrical Engineer specialized in Software Arabization and Localization, mainly publishing systems, newspapers and magazines computerization and management since 1984; Founder and CEO of Al-Nasher Technical Services in Jordan since 1990 and in Palestine since 1995; civil society activist, mainly in the development field in Palestine; Board member at the Welfare Association “Taawon” and Vice President of its Board of Directors; Board member at the Palestinian Center for Policy Research and Strategy Studies – Masarat, and President of its Board of Directors; Board member at Mahmoud Darwish Foundation and Secretary General of its Executive Board; founding (2016) Board member of the Palestine Techno Park (PTP); was member of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian IT Association for companies and a Vice-President of the Jordan Computer Society.
